Craig-Hallum analyst Matt Tiampo said Ligand reported a solid Q1 report and a modest increase in guidance. The analyst said the acquisition of the CorMatrix portfolio adds incremental royalty revenue and continues to believe the company's diverse portfolio and substantial earnings leverage in the model should attract investors. Tiampo raised his price target to $150 from $125 on Ligand shares and reiterated his Buy rating.
