MKM Partners analyst Michael Genovese raised his price target on Lumentum (LITE) to $88, citing expected accretion from its proposed Oclaro (OCLR) acquisition. The analyst believes that this combination will produce an industry leader in Optical Telecom components and modules and 3D Sensing lasers - "attractive markets where long-term product differentiation and profitability are possible". Genovese keeps his Buy rating on Lumentum.
