Johnson rice analyst Ronald Mills initiated Lilis Energy with a Buy saying the company has more than doubled its Delaware Basin acreage position to +8,000 net acres at an average undeveloped acreage cost of $5,000 - $6,000 per acre, and has its sights on acquiring an additional 2,000 net acres, while shares trade at a significant discount to peers.
