Piper Jaffray analyst Richard Purkiss raised his price target for Eli Lilly to $102 after the U.K. Court of Appeal protected 70% of Alimta's European revenue base from generic competition for an additional five years. Piper believes the ruling will result in a "significant boost" to Lilly's cash flow. It reiterates an Overweight rating on the stock. Leerink this morning raised its price target for Lilly shares to $92.
