Loop Capital analyst Laura Champine kept her Buy rating and $25 price target on Lumber Liquidators, saying her recent discussions with the management gave her confidence about the company's sales and earnings prospects. The analyst notes that its Q2 earnings miss on lower gross margins is not indicative of the business conditions, adding that the 0.5-times expected 2018 sales multiple is "too cheap" for this turnaround story.
