Lumber Liquidators entered into a deferred prosecution agreement and agreed to a $33M fine in connection with the investigation by the DOJ, SEC, and U.S. Attorney's Office that is associated with the company's Chinese laminate products, noted Stifel analyst John Baugh. The analyst believes this was the company's last significant legal issue, and sees the news as positive as it removes a significant uncertainty moving forward. Baugh maintained a Hold rating on Lumber Liquidators.
