Raymond James analyst Budd Bugatch raised his price target on Lumber Liquidators to $14 and kept his Outperform rating after hosting investor talks with its CEO Dennis Knowles and CFO Nancy Walsh. The analyst states that from early on, the management has "deliberately" located its stores "inconveniently" while value-pricing its directly sourced wood flooring, noting that the value proposition has led consumers to drive past the company's competitors to find Lumber Liquidators. Bugatch adds that because of the training of in-store associates to respond to customers' needs, the locations were typically "cash profitable" within months.
