Goldman Sachs analyst Alex Scott upgraded Lincoln National to Neutral and raised his price target for the shares to $70 from $69. The analyst, who is now more constructive on life insurers, sees less headwinds from net outflows in the company's variable annuity business. Further, he believes Lincoln's transaction with Liberty Mutual is improving margins faster than expected.
