Morgan Stanley analyst Fotis Giannakoulis downgraded Cheniere Energy to Equal Weight saying shares have outperform year-to-date and reduced his price target to $50 from $55. The analyst said current expansion is fully reflected in valuation and low energy prices are not supportive of new liquefaction projects.
