Citi analyst Mark May cut his price target for LinkedIn shares to $194 from $271 saying the company's outlook for 2016 indicates meaningfully decelerated growth. LinkedIn's guidance implies a deceleration in revenue growth to the 20%-30% range from 35%-40%, as well as 30% incremental margins for 2016, below the 32% incremental margins in Q4, May tells investors in a post-earnings research note. He does think management's outlook is conservative, however. May keeps a Neutral rating on the shares.
