Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster raised his price target for LogMeln (LOGM) to $100 citing EBITDA expectations post the merger with Citrix's (CTXS) GetGo business. It is "hard to imagine a more sensible deal" for LogMeln, Munster tells investors in a research note. He feels the deal is structured favorably for both sets of shareholders. The analyst keeps an Overweight rating on LogMeln.
