UBS analyst Michael Lasser noted there was a lot of noise in the Lowe's Q2 results. The analyst said sales were on the softer side but they think weather was the culprit. Lasser said gross margins expanded driven by value improvement. Based on its low valuation, estimates which may have to move higher, and margin expansion, the stock seems too cheap for what it offers, said Lasser. Lasser reiterated his Buy rating and $88 price target on Lowe's shares.
