Following Lowe's announcement that CFO Bob Hull will be retiring and current Chief Risk Officer Marshall Croom will be taking over ,Baird analyst Peter Benedict says that while he is disappointed to see Bob Hull leave, he expects a "smooth transition" given Marshall Croom's deep experience with the company. Additionally, the analyst believes the strategic plan management laid out at last month's investor meeting remains very much intact. He reiterates an Outperform rating and $85 price target on the shares.
