As previously reported, Wedbush analyst Seth Basham upgraded Lowe's to Outperform from Neutral as signs of improving execution increase his confidence that CEO Marvin Ellison will be able to transform it into a much more productive and profitable company. The analyst now sees modest upside in the second half of 2019 and additional upside in 2020-2022. Basham also raised his price target on the shares to $135 from $115.
