DA Davidson analyst Steven Chercover raised his price target on Louisiana-Pacific to $33 after a "blowout" Q4 earnings beat, saying the company's Oriented Strand Board segment is showing sequential improvement despite the quarter being typically a weaker period on weather factors. The analyst keeps his Neutral rating, but says he would revisit it on a pullback, particularly in light of the Siding segment becoming a bigger part of earnings.
