Seaport Global analyst Mark Weintraub initiated Louisiana-Pacific with a Buy and $31 price target saying it is a transition and value play. Weintraub believes the worst for OSB may be happening now and likes Louisiana-Pacific's profitable siding business. The analyst said shares are at a "compelling valuation" when facing in higher multiples for its value-added businesses
