JPMorgan analyst Joseph Greff downgraded La Quinta to Neutral citing the "surprising" and immediate departure of the company's long-term CEO and its lowered guidance for the second half of 2015. Further, Greff expects softness in Texas to be an overhang on the stock. The analyst cut his price target for shares to $20 from $28.
