Credit Suisse downgraded La Quinta to Neutral and lowered its price target to $18 from $20 on shares. Analyst Joel Simkins expects shares to trade sideways given management uncertainty, low RevPAR growth, and concerns surrounding competitive pressures and capital initiatives to improve positioning. Note this is the third downgrade of the day.
