Piper Jaffray analyst Ruben Roy continues to view Lam Research as the best positioned semicap equipment company. The valuation remains compelling with the stock down 19% from post-July quarter earnings highs, Roy tells investors in a research note. He believes downside is limited from current levels and expects acceleration of 3D NAND capacity in 2016 to potentially drive upside to the share price. Roy reiterates an Overweight rating on Lam with a $94 price target.
