UBS analyst Stephen Chin raised his price target on Lam Research to $135 from $116 following strong Q2 results. The analyst cited solid execution with sales, shipments, and earnings all reaching record levels. He believes the company will outperform the semicap industry again due to a higher mix of sales to NAND and DRAM customers. Chin reiterated his Buy rating on Lam Research shares.
