Cowen analyst Timothy Arcuri raised his price target on Lam Research to $125 from $105 citing its strong hold on NAND, which has a few more years to run. Arcuri continues to see value and he thinks the foundry/logic market is the next big story that nobody is paying attention to. Arcuri reiterated his Outperform rating on Lam Research shares.
