Goldman Sachs analyst Toshiya Hari said to buy lam Research on any weakness given his positive view on semiconductor industry capex, Lam's strong competitive position in Etch and Deposition and its SAM expansion opportunity, and discounted valuation. Hari reiterated his Buy rating on Lam Research and $252 price target on shares.
