Citi analyst Atif Malik added a "positive catalyst watch" on shares of Lam Research heading into Flash Memory Summit, which begins on August 6. The analyst expects memory data points to be "incrementally positive," particularly NAND, at the show. He believes the NAND price outlook is improving and keeps a Buy rating on Lam with a $240 price target.
