As previously reported, Susquehanna downgraded Landstar System to Neutral from Positive and trimmed its price target to $117 from $122. Analyst Bascome Majors is less constructive on Landstar's spot-focused transactional truckload model as we transition to middle/later part of truckload rate cycle and notes consensus estimates are up dramatically since January when he upgraded shares. Majors said shares have outperformed substantially year-to-date and thinks "sell the news" mentality limits upside, unless the board begins a buyback again.
