As previously reported, Goldman Sachs analyst Matthew Reustle downgraded Landstar System to Neutral and lowered his price target for the shares to $123 from $143. Reustle expects 2019 trucking spot rates to decline in 2019 as new trucking supply hits the market and notes Landstar's operating model is the most susceptible to movements in spot rates. The analyst sees limited upside in the shares and sees better risk/reward else where in the group.
