JPMorgan analyst Philip Cusick downgraded Level 3 Communications to Neutral saying the company's Q2 results were disappointing as top-line growth stalled despite a benefit from currency. The flat revenue growth is a "cause for concern," Cusick tells investors in a research note. He has a $60 price target for the shares.
