BofA/Merrill noted the Macau government has lengthened transit visas to stay in Macau back to 7 days, up from 5 days, effective July 1. The firm said the impact is likely limited but signals the end of the tightening cycle, and is a very strong signal of support by the government. Publicly traded companies in the Macau gaming space include Las Vegas Sands (LVS), MGM Resorts (MGM), Melco Crown (MPEL) and Wynn Resorts (WYNN).
