Jefferies analyst Jonathan Petersen upgraded Lexington Realty Trust to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $10 from $9. While the pending dividend cut has driven yield investors "to the exits," Lexington's shift toward industrial properties and away from office can drive greater than 50% multiple expansion, Petersen tells investors in a research note. He believes this can offset the 30% earnings dilution from the shift.
