Nomura analyst Aleksey Yefremov earlier today downgraded LyondellBasell to Neutral from Buy with an $89 price target. The analyst believes ethylene and polyethylene, as well as ethane, are approaching "peak conditions" in 2016. Yefremov expects ethylene capacity to outstrip demand in 2016-2018. LyondellBasell shares are down 63c to $89.01 in midday trading.
