As previously reported, Susquehanna analyst Don Carson downgraded LyondellBasell to Neutral from Positive. The analyst expects a roughly 10% earnings decline as ethylene/polyethylene margins deteriorate as long-delayed capacity additions finally hit the market. Carson maintained his $100 price target on LyondellBasell shares.
