Deutsche Bank analyst David Begleiter upgraded LyondellBasell to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $95 from $94. The recent pullback in the stock allows investors to get in "on the ground floor," Begleiter tells investors in a research note. He believes now is the time to own LyondellBasell, pointing out that commodity chemical stocks discount changes in the cycle 12-24 months before they occur.
