SunTrust analyst James Sheehan lowered his price target on LyondellBasell to $82 and kept his Hold rating after its Q4 earnings miss, also noting the limited expected global polyethylene price upside in 2020 as well as the "stagnant" global industrial production growth. The analyst adds that the prospects for a cyclical recovery for commodity chemicals is "fairly priced in".
