SunTrust analyst Tobey Sommer raised his price target on ManTech to $58, citing the anticipated benefits of the Congressional two-year budget to increase defense and civilian spending caps that is closer to passage. Sommer also notes the company's dividend increase following the tax reform, adding that it is in a stronger position to pursue another acquisition. The analyst keeps his Hold rating on ManTech.
