Loop Capital analyst Joseph Vafi kept his Buy rating and $65 price target on ManTech, saying that his recent meetings with the management affirmed his view that the company is on track to accelerate P&L performance during 2018 and into 2019. Vafi notes that the management's view on the federal budget environment is bullish, with funding from the Department of Defense toward "forward threats" expected to increase. The analyst adds that beyond 2910, a year of increased bid submittals also provides an "attractive setup".
