Loop Capital analyst Joseph Vafi kept his Buy rating and $80 price target on ManTech after holding an investor meeting with its management, saying the discussion added to his confidence about the company's opportunities "in 2019 and beyond". The analyst cites an "attractive" federal budget environment, particularly for the type of services that Mantech provides in the cyber security and IT modernization fields. Vafi also points to the positive "increases seen in the DoD's 2018 operations and maintenance budget last year" that are "seeing nice follow-through this fiscal year".
