Macquarie analyst James Clement upgraded Matthews to Outperform with a $75 price target saying shares have underperformed year-to-date and fundamentals are no longer deteriorating. The analyst said the Graphics market is set to improve later this year off of low levels as large CPGs update packaging associated with nutrition compliance. In addition, Clement expects a re-acceleration of industry consolidation and for Matthews to participate in a more active deal environment.
