Baird analyst David Leiker raised his price target for Mobileye (MBLY) to $55 from $50 as he now has greater confidence the company's EPS can grow 40%-50% in 2020-2025 supported by rising penetration and content. The analyst believes the collaboration of Mobileye with BMW (BAMXY) and Intel (INTC) to bring autonomous driving to market in 2021 increases visibility of the timeline to full autonomy, validates Mobileye's role in bringing these technologies to market and strengthens its competitive position. Leiker reiterates an Outperform rating on Mobileye's shares.
