After hosting semiconductor companies at Citi's Global Technology Conference, Citi analyst Christopher Danely says now is the time to buy Semiconductor stocks. Commentary on overall semiconductor demand was more positive relative to investor expectations, Danely tells investors in a research note. Intel (INTC) indicated PC demand has likely bottomed and Micron (MU) stated DRAM spot prices have started to stabilize, the analyst notes. His top picks in the space are Microchip (MCHP) and Texas Instruments (TXN).
