Jefferies analyst David Katz upgraded Monarch Casino & Resort to Hold and raised his price target for the shares to $48 from $42. The company is establishing a higher earnings base a full year from the Black Hawk project, Katz tells investors in a research note. The analyst expects Monarch's earnings to "catch up with the high-end multiple" and for the stock to perform in-line with the peer group.
