Baird analyst Matthew Gillmor says that while details are limited, he believes Allscripts' warrant disclosure may suggest that the company recently secured a new and larger contract win. The analyst points out that Allscripts rarely issues equity in conjunction with contract wins or renewals. Gillmor reiterates an Outperform and $17 price target on the shares.
