As reported earlier, SunTrust analyst Sandy Draper downgraded Allscripts to Hold from Buy and lowered his price target to $12 from $16 citing a "broken" investment thesis for the company that called for it to meet its bookings guidance or sell its NetSmart stake. The analyst notes that the latest quarter demonstrated "weak bookings" and caution on guidance from the management, along with commentary suggesting that the NetSmart deal complexity may prevent the sale from going forward.
