As previously reported, JMP Securities analyst Andrew Boone downgraded Meet Group to Market Perform from Outperform after the company gave lower than expected Q4 revenue guidance and cut its full-year revenue view as he believes ad pricing pressure could be a persistent headwind into 2018. Meet Group was also downgraded to Hold at Canaccord this morning.
