JPMorgan analyst Sterling Auty downgraded Mentor Graphics to Underweight saying the delay in emulation purchases and increased consolidation in the semiconductor industry will continue to weigh on the company's results. Auty cut his price target for shares to $20 from $28 after Mentor's Q4 outlook came in well below expectations.
