Pacific Crest analyst Monika Garg downgraded Mentor Graphics to Sector Weight saying continued semiconductor industry consolidation could pose challenges to the company's growth. JPMorgan and BofA/Merrill also downgraded Mentor following the company's weaker than expected FY17 outlook.
