KeyBanc believes that Tempur Sealy (TPX) could eventually buy Mattress Firm (MFRM) in a "highly accretive" deal that would create a great deal of value. The firm estimates that the deal would be about 44% accretive to Tempur Sealy's EPs. It remains upbeat on both stocks and reiterates Overweight ratings on both names.
