Canaccord said the Volkswagen (VLKAY) emission issue could lead to a buying opportunity in shares of Magna (MGA). The firm sees limited impact to consumers and only a 2% impact, or 12c per share, to Magna. Canaccord reiterated its Buy rating and $67 price target on Magna shares.
