JPMorgan analyst Joseph Greff says MGM Resorts is his top Gaming pick for 2017. The company offers the best risk/reward in the sector with 65% of its cash flows coming from the Las Vegas Strip and only 10% exposure to Macau, Greff tells investors in a research note. Las Vegas is a market with no new supply growth and group/convention momentum, the analyst contends. He raised his price target for MGM shares to $39 from $38 and keeps an Overweight rating on the name.
