CLSA analyst Michael Lavery downgraded Mead Johnson to Underperform and lowered its price target to $77 from $96 saying likely China gains are not likely to offset headwinds elsewhere. Lavery said the US and many emerging markets are in the early stages of headwinds and 2017 will be yet another year of investments in demand creation, resulting in lack of margin gains. Note JPMorgan also downgraded shares this morning.
