Jefferies analyst James Kisner downgraded Mellanox Technologies (MLNX) to Underperform after performing channel checks at a recent trade show. Intel's (INTC) launch of Skylake in the first half of 2017 and possible share loss to Cavium (CAVM) follow its acquisition of QLogic could create "significant incremental pressure" on Mellanox's InfiniBand business, Kisner tells investors in a research note. He cut his price target for the shares to $37 from $42.
