Jefferies analyst Laurence Alexander raised his price target for 3M to $187 saying indicators suggest a more favorable growth environment for the company's short-cycle businesses in Q2 and possibly even Q3. The analyst, however, cautions that the valuations are starting to look stretched at current levels. He keeps a Buy rating on 3M.
